Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is good that repeated tests for HIV are negative.
If the tests done include the P24 antigen and PCR tests for Viral antigen and viral Genetic material i think you can allay fears of HIV.
Antibody tests are negative is also good .
please give information on early detection test undergone to be more clear.
You can get back to me for any clarifications
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Allay fears of HIV relax.forget episode.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Once HIV RNA PCR is negative at 6 weeks after exposure.and your antibody tests are all negative even at 10.5 weeks, you need not worry of HIV.
PCR can come positive in early stage (i. e days )itself.and antibodies take weeks to appear.the tests are negative for HIV
I do not see any necessity for you to undergo any test.
You can allay fears of HIV provided you do not have another exposure after this which is most unlikely .
Relax stop worries and forget the episode.
