Brief Answer:
There can be several causes which should get evaluated......

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes for tingling and numbness over cheek which should get evaluated. It may be due to neuropathy, vitamin deficiency, migraine, hypothyroidism or anxiety also.

Please let me know do you have history of headache, nervousness/fatigue, weight gain?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with physician. He may procure blood sugar level, vitamin B12 level, thyroid profile, nerve conduction studies as per evaluation to rule out possible causes.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Meanwhile take balanced diet and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid stress and do regular physical exercise.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.....
