Question: hi doctor
on 5-03-15 i had sex with my gf i didn't use any precautions.. i didn't ejaculate in her vegina.. but her first day of last period is 24-02-15 and now on 9-03-15 she had bleeding three time in day.. is this bleeding normal? or is there any chances of pregnency? she has little bit stomach ache

The bleeding can be due to period bleeding and stomach ache can be due to period cramps.

Ejaculation is very important for pregnancy

and she is in her safe days when you had sex.

So if she get her proper period for 3-5 days then chances of pregnancy are not there or if bleeding stop in 1-2 days go for a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

But the period must be come after 30 days so now its just 13-14 days from her last period..
And if the home pregnency test show positive then what should i do, is there any medicine available in market to stop pregnency?

I know period usually come 28-30 days after last period date but it can come as early as 20 days after last period and it is considered normal.

In her case bleeding occurs 5 days after sex, so chances of implantation bleeding is also very less because it occurs usually 6-12 days after sex and it is usually pink color spotting.

There is no medicine available which will prevent pregnancy 72 hrs. after sex, you have to wait for her next menses.

You should go for pregnancy test 7 days after her missed period date.( to prevent false negative result).

If her test result are positive and you do not want to continue pregnancy then she can take abortion pill under doctor supervision.

Actually she had spots from that day when we had sex and the pain and bleeding is not that much she usually get in periods so it is a symptom of pregnency or not?
If we go for medical abortion, is it safe? Is there any side effects? Major side effect? Are these medical abortion can create problems in girls life after some time? When should we go for home pregnency test? Because now its 4 days completed after sex so when should we ho for home pregnency test now or fter few days which tell us accurate result?
