My wife complains about back pain. She also has lower abdomal pain.

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your wife might be having Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
I would advise that you should get following investigations done:-
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity test).
2. Complete Blood Count.
Also get her clinically examined by her Gynaecologist for any Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(PID).
She can take Ibuprofen along with Omeprazole for relief from her symptoms.
Clinical evaluation by her doctor and reports of the above mentioned investigations will help in planning her further medical management.
