Brief Answer:
What about symptoms, weight gain and appetite?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This chest x ray is suggestive of old healed tubercular infection in right lung.
But we have to compare the x rays, first at the start of treatment with current one.
Also we have to see
1. Symptomatic improvement
2. Weight gain
3. Appetite
So please let me know
1. Current symptoms
2. Any weight gain after starting treatment?
3. Do you have previous chest x ray?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions so that I can guide you better. Wishing good health to your patient.
Thanks.
