Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of reasons. However, you should first run some tests to exclude the most common of which. I would recommend that you get a cbc blood test to exclude anemia along with a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial to exclude hypoglycaemia.
you should also take a measure of your blood pressure to exclude hypotension. If the above tests came back normal then you should get examined by an ent doctor to exclude otitis media.. I hope you find this helpful

So you’re saying that I should go for a diabetes testing? Can I do that at my local pharmacy for free? Is that possible? I’m in lockdown right now so I can’t really go to an ent clinic
