Brief Answer:
No restriction...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Current clinical studies suggest that there are no food products that impact pregnancy. However some foods such as tuna fish, caffeinated drinks are to be minimized. Avoid eating raw and uncooked or undercooked food especially meat and egg. Similarly papaya, pineapple, fenugreek and grapes should be minimized.

Pregnancy increased blood sugars and reduces thyroid hormones. If they are significantly affected one may develop gestational diabetes and hypothyroidism. There are some diet that should be avoided any such issues arises. We can discuss about these in the follow up if the patient has any such problems.

Nuts and dry fruits are beneficial. Well cooked meat and egg, milk, dal, cheese, jaggery, apple, pomegranate, whole grain cereal preparations, buttermilk, etc., can be taken.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
