Question: I still have significant breathing issues and am unable to get my asthma inhalers.

You may need Nebulization and systemic corticosteroid.

Hi,

Best treatment of asthma is inhaled treatment in the form of inhalers.
Since you are not getting inhalers, better to visit emergency room and start Nebulization.
In severe uncontrolled asthma, systemic injectable steroids are also given.
So better to consult pulmonologist and start appropriate inhaled treatment in the form of Nebulization.
You will need formoterol and budesonide Nebulization.
