Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history you have Macular Amyloidosis ,for which no standardised treatment regimen has been established .In most cases, topical corticosteroids and emollients are used to reduce the itch.

Other local medications may include:

Topical calcineurin inhibitors (tacrolimus and pimecrolimus)

Systemic medications used are
Cyclophosphamide
Ciclosporin.

Different physical therapies are also beneficial like

Dermabrasion
TENS
photochemotherapy
UVB phototherapy
Fractional laser treatment
Occlusive dressings
Pulsed XXXXXXX laser treatment . Etc

Kindly consult with a dermatologist and then choose appropriate treatment for yourself.

Till then take low sodium diet..
Have balanced diet.
Keep your self well hydrated.
Do yoga and meditation to keep your self calm.

Hope this helps..
Take care.

Regards,
Dr Shyam
