What Type Of Birthmark Shows Symptoms Of Swelling And Soreness After Physical Exertion?

Question: What type of birthmark is this? I was borne with this mark and I have two on my right arm and one on my right leg. The one on my leg is whitr/light pink and they are all warm when touched. They are flat and feel smooth. Secondly can they become inflamed or something below them? The one on my leg has been swollen slightly for a couple of months now after heavy physical work that I have stopped doing for a month now. I have a swelling on my tibia bone right below the birthmark. It's soft to touch and only slightly sore, but it seems to get better after sleeping but is not going away. I sit in office chair for most part of my day, so my legs are often below my heart. Do you have any clues to my questions?
Brief Answer:
Looks like the port-wine stain and naevus depigmentosus
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
In one of the photograph, I can appreciate a slightly pink or red color patch which seems to be the port-wine stain.
It is a vascular malformation.
In the other picture ( leg) I can see a white depigmented patch which looks like naevus depigmentosus.
Both of them are birthmarks but are not associated with inflammation.
The swelling of the tibia seems to be unrelated to this mark as it doesn't cause any symptoms.
Swelling could be related to trauma or due to prolonged sitting.

Dr Asmeet

Hi Dr. Asmeet.
Thank you for answering my question. I didn't provide any new attachments, I think it's the system that acted up when I tried to reply to you.
Are these two type of birthmarks of any risk or is there something I should do to protect them or are they essentially just like normal skin?
Can I ask you about an acne related question or should I open another ticket to ask that?
Thank you and have a nice day.

Thank you again for confirming the marks :)
I've had "acne" since I was 12 or something like that. Now im 28 and I'm still having these bumps coming on a daily schedule.
What I'm having is small puss filled white dots that seem to "recover" over and over during the day and especially during the night. When I wake up I wake up to 8-10 small whiteheads that after squeezed are coming back within 24-hours and always in the same place around my nose and on my chin. I have the same thing happening in my scalp, same small "pimples" keep coming back full of puss and are slightly itchy, which is why it's hard not to squeeze them.
Do you have a clue what this could be and what I could do about it?
I've been on tetracycline, which removed them entirely, but they came back right after stopping. I do not want to continue taking antibiotics or other harsh medicine.
A second problem that I have is that I get these deep forming "pimples/cysts" once in a while that can take weeks to go down, they leave a red area after the swelling goes down, can I do something to make this redness go away? And is there a reason for why I get these kinds of cysts? They typically come in the same area after being gone for a couple of months and sometimes they don't even form a 'head' and are stuck under the skin for a long time.
Hope I somewhat made you understand, it's a bit hard to explain.

Brief Answer:
Salicylic acid facewash, benzoyl peroxide 2.5 gel, brimonidine gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
According to your complaints it seems to be closed comedones and pustules of acne.
It is very common in teenagers and youngsters due to hormonal changes.
I would recommend you to use Salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the lesions twice daily.
These cysts are also a part of acne.
Acne lesions comprise of black and white heads, papules, pustules, nodules and cyst.
On the red areas you can apply brimonidine gel once daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
