Now, considering he has had two stents and his symptoms like pedal edema, I guess his heart function is decreased. So I need to know echo report for that. From the heart perspective, he is not receiving any medicines. He should be on multiple medicines like Aspirin, Clopidogrel, statin like Atorvastatin or Rosuvastatin, beta blocker like Metoprolol, ace inhibitors like Ramipril.

I have gone through the reports. His ECHO report is not there. So attach it or get it done if not done.

In the medicines, he should be started on ace inhibitors like Ramipril which will protect his kidneys and also be beneficial for heart. Next, thing, his ECG is having irregular heart beats called as atrial fibrillation. Such patients are started on blood thinners other than what he is having in order to prevent clot formation. So you need to discuss these two issues with local doctor, one is Ramipril and other is regarding blood thinners. Rest all looks fine.
