Brief Answer:
Lap is better for myomectomy.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The laparoscopic route would be a better choice as the hospital stay shall be reduced to 2days as compared to open surgery. Both sub serosal fibroids can be easily removed and intramural can be approached after exact localisation post an NRI pelvis. The post op stay of lap survey is shorter than an open surgery.

Hope I have answered your query.
