Okay, yes it will support for deep sleep also. I would suggest you use it for some days and slowly taper it down.

If the problem is only inability sleep (insomnia) you can go for more natural methods such as meditation, deep breathing exercises and physical exercise such as walking or jogging. You can also use melatonin patches which will help to regularise your sleep.

Before 1 week consulted with doctor for dry caught and cold, he has prescribed the medicine and taken by me also got recoveres. Today i went to foctor again nd tkld him tht for past 1 week i could not slep properly. Then only he prescribed the above tablet?
My question is that the prescribed tablet will support for deep sleep also.
