Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your issue , I will like to tell you that secondary progressive multiple sclerosis means that it has an underlying cause and would slowly progress and will not be static . Nobody can predict the exact course but yes some insight can be had if we know what was the underlying course .
Can you send me the reports , what have been done already specially the autoimmune profile and thyroid functions also. If you can send the MRI reports that can be of utmost help .
And what exactly are your concerns we would like to know so that we can help you out in best possible way .
Take care.

I sent a detailed report to another letter that I received. I have not had an MRI nor am I on any MS Medications. My NAB came back positive. When I took your test it told me that I had Secondary Progressive MS. I have a history of muscle inflammation, weakness to paralysis, , blurry vision, facial rash and neck, balance, hearing, high blood pressure, wobbly, , MY Rhuemy gave me the report of the positive NAB, low values. I flunked the raise your arms above your head and hold your breath test. My Rhuemy moved. I have DDD, Arthritis, hypothyroid, Hypertension that goes down, severe fatigue, and muscle weakness. slurred speech at times, . Am I able to send you further information as I obtain it? Also, What does Secondary mean? That it's caused from something else like cancer?
Brief Answer:
Please forward me the test results
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for reverting back.
Yes I think as further information comes up we will be in a better position for the same thing . I want to know test results of these tests at least , ESR , CRP , ANA , ENA , CPK , LDH , Anti TPO antibodies . These are tests giving us clue regarding myositis and lupus component .
Much of your history indicates towards autoimmune disease , Secondary means That Multiple sclerosis results due to underlying other disease like autoimmune disease mainly SLE / Lupus can give rise to all such features . Even cancers can also be there and we need to exclude .
But to begin with we need the test reports you had at any time or if your rheumatologist gets it done now so that we can get some supportive evidence for the same . Please revert with the information .
Take care.
