Brief Answer:
Regarding remedy for hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Topical minoxidil 5% solution along with oral or topical finasteride 1mg is approved and most effective treatment for androgenetic alopecia in males.Topical finasteride can also be used in place of oral finasteride. Topical spironolactone is not available whereas oral spironolactone is approved only in females.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
