Brief Answer:
Possible cervical spine injury
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Since you have history of damage to neck, possible cervical (neck ) spine injuries can cause muscle rigidity in all the extremities by causing nerve damage.
MRI cervical and thoracic spine, nerve conduction studies can confirm the diagnosis.
Physiotherapy and use of muscle relaxants like Flexeril can help.

Hello again,
You can follow up with your primary MD for undergoing the initial evaluation and tests. And depending on the test results and the viable treatment options, your primary provider can refer you to a specialist if needed.
