What Would Be The Best Home Remedy For Hair Growth After Server Hair Loss?
Question: I had heavy hair loss few years back. Hence the density of hair is extremely less on the top of the head. Then i started applying oil (combination of parachute hair oil and XXXXXXX hair oil) over night and shampoo it out with Himalaya. What would be the best home remedy for hair growth. Also some portion of hair is turning into gray. how to control it? Am an physically active person. i train for running and 3 days in a week i am exposed to early morning sun.

1. Take good protein and vitamin rich diet daily.
2. You can go for Tab Follihair one tablet at bed time for minimum of 3 months.
3. Use Zerban hair oil which contains just olive oil and Vit C for massage. Apply it thrice a week or every alternate day for best results.
4. Also take some multivitamin supplements along.
5. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for long time specially during afternoon.
