Hi,
As your earlier doctor is unavailable to address your concerns, I take the opportunity to answer it here.
I went through the reports with diligence. Before I comment on it, I would like to know how are you feeling now? Has your diarrhea settled? Are you running fever?
Since you had infective condition a month ago, marginally low TLC and neutrophils could be related to the infective condition. It will settle down in few days to week. I will not be overly worried about the count. The raised monocyte count you see is the differential reading in response to low neutrophils and other blood cells ( You can see your absolute monocyte count is within normal limits). I will not be concerned with raised differential count when the absolute count is in limits.
In simple words, your blood counts are not significally altered. It needs no immediate medical attention if you are asymptomatic.
Besides these, I also see you have raised GGT. Do you consume alcohol?
You also have low calcium levels. It would be good if you can get your vitamin D level checked. I did not see vitamin D level. If it is low too, it can be rectified along with calcium supplement.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
I am not taking alcohol or cigrate or any nicotine except tea or coffee. I also have my kidney pain in left side last 2 month. I took akt 4 last 4 months because of treatment.as you can see my uric acid is just double .is all this side effects of akt 4
High Uric acid could be related to AKT 4

Hi,
Apologies for the late reply. I was away from my internet due to unavoidable personal circumstances. let me answer your queries now.
There are some evidence that links high uric acid state to AKT4 medications. However you should discuss with your treating doctor if the medication is the direct cause or if there are other reasons.
Hope your question is answered. let me know if you have any other questions.
