ECG is fine. No signs of ischemia. Machine interpreted reports are frequently inaccurate. However, voltage is low, that may be because of obesity if she is one, hypothyroidism. From the ECG, there is no need of other test as of now. Are there any symptoms, if there then further tests could be planned, otherwise I don't think the need for other test. Is she hypothyroid? If yes, please ensure that it well controlled.
