What Would Cause A Dull RUQ Pain After Drinking Coke, Eating Some Chips, And A Candy Bar?

Question: Hello,
1) So I've been having this RUQ pain for a few years now (has been mild/absent as of late) but I was curious...what would cause a dull RUQ pain after drinking a coca-cola, eating some chips, and a candy bar (I've had two CT scans, and MRI, an endoscopy, and a colonoscopy (all came back normal))?
I feel like crap and my upper right abdomen hurts (under my last rib).
2) I was told by a doctor that it could be a weakness in my abdominal wall but wouldn't that pain happen every time I eat, instead of only certain foods?
3) Is there a chance that there is cancer or something like that that's being missed?
Im pretty nervous/frightened to be honest.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
It could be gallstones.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First of all, abdominal cancer in a 31 year old is extremely rare, and it would have been found on CT, MR, and endoscopy. Second, you seem to have been thoroughly examined, with the exception of an ultrasound to find gallstones. Symptoms of gallstones include right upper quadrant pain, with some associating the pain with intake of specific foods or drinks. The pain is often intermittent, and usually lasts for minutes to hours.
Abdominal wall weakness seems like a diagnosis of exclusion, and I would not consider it before you have had an ultrasound.
And again, cancer is extremely unlikely.
Hope this helps.
Regards

I didn’t mention: I don’t have my gallbladder. Had it removed 10 years ago.
I have had an ultra sound as well (about 3 months ago) and nothing was found.

Brief Answer:
It could be post-cholecystectomy syndrome.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Some people experience that they are somewhat intolerant to specific foods and drinks after cholecystectomy. It is called post-cholecystectomy syndrome. My best advice is to try and stay away from these things.
