Question: I’ve got a rash at the bottom of three of my fingers that is very itchy. I’m using hydrocortisone cream and taking Benadryl. Do you have any additional recommendations?

Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
It is an eczematous rash. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1 %cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 %cream. Hydrocortisone is a very mild topical steroid. You may take a tablet cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
