Brief Answer:
It could be neuropathy or POVD

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your description it seems like you are having POVD( peripheral occlusive vascular disease). Other possibility is peripheral neuropathy. Both are quite common in old age people.
POVD is due decreased blood supply to lower limbs due to blockage of blood flow and peripheral neuropathy develops due weakness of nerves either due to lack of blood supply or due condition like diabetes.

As of now get a vascular Doppler to assess the blood flow. If it’s found to be normal, a nerve conduction study may be needed.
You can take vitamin B12 supplements like Neurobion which improves general health of neutrons.
If symptoms are severe consult a vascular surgeon.

Wishing you good health.
Thanks
