Brief Answer:
Breast abscess or cellulitis - needs antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi

This is breast abscess or cellulitis of the nipple.
The most common cause is - squeezing of the nipple to exude the milk out (a common malpractice in many XXXXXXX households).
This will require an antibiotic like Amoxycillin Clavulenate or Clindamycin orally.
These are prescription drugs and you will require a doctor's prescription for it.
