Brief Answer:
I would recommend performing some tests

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome and thank you for asking us!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that these episodes could be related to differential possible medical conditions: blood pressure fluctuations, epilepsy seizures, vertebro- basilary insufficiency etc..

For this reason I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

- a cardiac ultrasound and resting ECG to examine your heart
- a chest X-ray study
- an EEG
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose
- a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
