Brief Answer:
Can be a prior foods implication or exaggerated gastro colic reflex

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it can either be due to some food irritant which may have activated the gastro colic response leading to increased gastric motility. Any chance of infection from that meal is less likely except for some toxin even from some infective source can trigger vomitings but not diarrhea so instantly.

Another chance is that infection from any prior exposure may have manifested itself during next meal. But if symptoms have settled, medical intervention may not be needed and try to drink more fluids and take soft diets for few days. For spasms or pains you can use drotaverine once or twice. In extreme weakness or lethargy it is better to take oral rehydration salt in water for a day to overcome salts and electrolytes loss.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
