What Would Make My Testicles Grow To Twice Their Normal
Question: What would make my testicles grow to twice their normal size, this has happened over the last six years, my age is 68 and their is no pain associated with this condition, the right is even bigger than the left one

Yes I can feel them separately very easy, they feel a little soft but can feel the form of the testicle plainly. The right one feels slightly firmer, but is definitely bigger, the right one is
3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide the left one is 3"x 2" to give you some idea of size.

Hydrocele is less likely.
* Better to get confirmation with the doppler ultrasound of the scrotum for precise
