Dear
Thanks for reverting back.
1. As you have used Ayurveda herbs for weight loss programme this could be one reason for the loss of subcutaneous fat from the cheeks, thus "facial yoga" or facial exercises apart from dietary regime help tone the facial muscles for a more youthful appearance.
2. XXXXXXX water and glycerine serum has got visible results fortnightly, also scrubbing with buttermilk and sugar paste helps in hydrating the skin and increasing oxygen content in the cells to give plump and fluffy cheeks.
3. With your lips open make an "O" and smile, keeping your head still and with your index fingers move your cheeks up and down (repeat 5-6 times for 30 seconds.
4.By keeping your lip close, fill air in your cheeks (to your capacity), and remain in this position for 30 seconds and slowly blow out the air. ( repeat for 3-5 times).
5. Also blowing air in ballon or pillow cover is also a good workout for cheek muscles.
6. Take healthy fats like dark chocolate, eggs, avocados, and variety of anti oxidants like apple, carrots, oats, honey, milk, aloe Vera, massage with oil like avocado- coconut- almond oil.
7. Adequate sleep, proper hydration, is key to have chubby and fluffy cheeks, however do remember that it is a long process and one need to work on his dietary habits and lifestyle modifications.
