First drug is a combination and second drug is not

Detailed Answer:
Hi... Montair LC contains montelukast with levocetirizine.
Montair contains only montelukast.
That is the basic difference and you can actually use other one of them.
But usually the first combination drug is not an approved combination and usually is preferable to use single drugs and rather than combinations.
