Brief Answer:
Need orthopedic consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
For a severe pain in neck and spine, I will suggest an orthopedic consultation. Possibly there could be weak bones, fracture, dislocation or some other issue with one of the bones.

Meanwhile do the following:
- Take pain killer like Ibuprofen 200 mg 2-3 times a day. If this doesnot work, then stronger pain killer like diclofenac+serratiopeptidase can be taken twice a day
- Donot lift any weights on your shoulder....not even your purse or laptop bag
- Keep you shoulder and posture as comfortable as possible
- Your bones maybe weak and you should get tested for calcium and vitamin D levels in blood.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
