Question: What’s this on my foot like I think had athlete foot scratching it yesterday nothing yesterday but what is it!? Hiv rash

Apply povidine iodine at the site 3 times a day for 15 mins and wash , apply cortisporin ointment as thin layer bid for 5 days ,tab augmentin single for 5 days to prevent or if already infected , is there are other sites also which have same scratch like lesions ? Do you have fever ?what is your hiv test result?I don't think it's athlete but still if you want to confirm simple simple test known as ( koh mount ) can rule out.
