Brief Answer:
Lipoma or epidermoid cyst, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs
I can appreciate two skin coloured subcutaneous swellings on the arm.
It could be a lipoma or an epidermoid cyst.
What is the duration of these bumps?
Are these associated with pain or burning?
Kindly revert with the answers so that I am better able to help.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
