Semen count was o , testosterone was low as well, i believed estrogen was high thats why
urologist put me on anastrozole initially then to HCG injection before having open Tessy for IVF. Need your recommendations . if theres an oral med this would be perfect for me.....

To increase the testosterone levels, I would suggest to take medicines like Clomiphene citrate 50 mg daily along with vitamin E capsules 400IU daily. Taking foods like ginger, Oysters, Pomegranates, Fortified plant milks, Leafy green vegetables, Fatty fish and fish oil, Extra-virgin olive oil and Onions will also help.
