Brief Answer:
May not be normal. Require further evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, I think it may not be normal.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with expert gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure few investigations ultrasound or computed tomography abdomen and upper GI endoscopy as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying diagnosis.

Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Take light foods. Don't sleep immediately after taking food. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40mins daily like brisk walking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
