Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the detailed medical history and your current symptoms I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that as you have already under event cardiac bypass surgery 2 years back and now you are having palpitations quite frequently so I would like to suggest you to kindly get 24 to 48 hours holter monitoring done.

The sense of having pulse in the throat (palpitations) could be happening because of some underlying cardiac arrhythmia so it becomes important to evaluate.

Kindly get a HOLTER monitoring done which will help detect what sort of rhythm goes on when you feel those pulsations in your neck.

Kind Regards
