Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern. As per your history, I think you have a significant past history and because of which doctor has started all these medications. Kindly follow up with detailed history.
At present, for cough, breathing difficulty, chest hurt, I'd suggest you to do sputum examination, chest x ray or chest CT scan, complete blood count, pulmonary function test to rule out other possibilities. If you are feeling big lump and having difficulty in swelling, I'd suggest you to do endoscopy after consultation. Sometimes dry cough is side effects of losartan. Other causes asthma, upper respiratory tract infection, laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gastritis, allergies. Let me know whether do you have fever, difficulty in swelling cold? Kindly follow up with detailed history. In your case, it's may be because of asthma.
Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. I'd suggest you to continue all medications as adviced. I think this will clarify your concern.

Dr Shyam Kale
