Brief Answer:
After 3 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The baby is usually taken out of house for vaccinations and other medical care at any age.

For playing and other socialising it is better to restrict outdoor activities till baby is one and a half month old. The baby can be taken out for few minutes by 3 weeks of age. Though there is no issue in taking baby out, it is just for extra precautions to avoid unnecessary infections during an early age.

Hope it helps.
