Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
I can see a red, raised, excoriated bump in this image.
This could be a papular urticaria - hypersensitivity reaction to insect bite.
Where all do you have them? Are they mostly on exposes sites like arms, lower legs? Or do they also involve the covered sites?
I would also like to know associated symptoms, if any? like itching?
Regards

No other symptoms. Yes man not on lower legs and arms.
I meant mainly on legs and arms.
They will occasionally hurt if I pick at it. Not a lot or not even enough pain to be a small issue, just like a pain you would have with a small scratch.

Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
It seems like a hypersensitivity reaction to insect bite - papular urticaria. I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2 %ointment, twice daily. Neosporin ointment is available over the counter whereas mupirocin ointment is a prescription product.
