First of all, you should await few more days (up to 31st) to get period naturally. If you don't get your period within this time, you should repeat the test on 1st Sept though chance of pregnancy is less than 1%.

Pregnancy test 14 days after last sexual intercourse (in 2nd half of cycle) is more VALID and SIGNIFICANT. As your period was irregular, you should repeat the test for confirmation and before inducing your period. It will be worthwhile.

I-PILL can delay your period due to hormonal imbalance and mental stress. On NEGATIVE test, I suggest you to take PRIMOLUT-N tab twice daily for 5 days to induce period. You will get your period within 3-5 days after stopping them.
