
When Does A Child Start Sitting Without Support?

Question: Hi, i have 2 months 24 days baby , when we make hin sit , he sit for sometime . Is it too early for him to sit or it is fine .

It's too early to sit for 3 months old baby. Baby usually starts holding his neck at 3 months of age.Baby can also turn around his neck in response to sound and makes smile at this age. Baby at this age can sit with support and with curved back. As per normal developmental process baby starts sitting without support by about 6 months age with proper balance.
So you need not to worry if he is not able to sit longer or sits with support only.
