Question: hello doctor
this is namarata and since today evening i am experiencing some redness in the left side vemillion border of the lower lip . there is a small patch of redness in the lip line . some times i feel like itching and when i do there is flakiness oily stuff .... i am so scared of herpes please doctor help me ....

This is regarding a pimple like boil that I get in the outer vagina more on the base of the hair that grows in that’s area ( if you can get what I mean) . Around one year back while I was in XXXXXXX I got this boil and I got it checked with the gynaecologist who said it was an infected hair follicule and gave me fucidin cream I applied it two times it went off ... two months ago on the first day of my periods I got a pimple like small boil at first and I don’t know whether it wa she XXXXXXX rod the constant touch of the sanitary pads or what the boil was rally very uncomfortable to the point that I couldn’t wear the pads couldn’t walk and I started applying turmeric and coconut oil and the boil broke and pus came which I cleaned with hot water and started applying fucidin and it went .... around two weeks back I got a similar boil but it just was a small pimple like ( last two times it was on the right side of the place were the pubic hair grows and this time it was on the left side were the pubic hair grows ) I started applying fucidin cream earlier itself three times a day and I felt like it went off as there was no discomfort , last three days back again I felt discomfort in that place only to realise that a boil has come and now I have been applying turmeric and coconut oil and fucidin cream ... I think it’s getting healed but what is concerning most is
1) why do I get this ? Is it some big problem I am scared ...
2) also it comes around periods ovulation times ....

For the past two days the lower lip is feeling weird sometimes the left side of the lower lip feels like there is a cut pricking kind of pain sometimes I feel like hot flushes and then when I went to check in the mirror the border ( sometimes left side sometimes right side ) looks red even now the right side vermillion border looks red one small patch if you could see in the photos .
1) also just now when I was removing the lip balm from the box the lip balm fell down in the carpet area of my bedroom ( we don’t clean the carpet daily only weekly once ) the lip balm was closed not opened but still I am worried I immediately wiped the outer cover with face wipe and then used the q tip and cleaned the entire lip balm inside ( literally removing a layer like if I must say precisely) . But I am still very much worried as I did not want to throw it off I used them on my lips after following the above things
2) I have attached few pics of my lip can you please tell me if everything is fine ... if not what should I do to make it fine , I am so scared doctor petrified ...
