When Does Vaginal Bleeding Start After Taking Mifegest Kit?
Question: my wife takes 1st dose of 2 tablets which are for vaginal use in place of 1 single tablet mifegest kit and on 2nd night she take the right tablet of the kit but bleeding is not started yet.

Generally, 1 tablet of Mifepristone is taken orally.
24 hours later, 2 tablets of 200 mcg Cytotec are taken orally or vaginally followed by 2 more such tablets another 24 hours later.
After this procedure, bleeding and cramping might start within 24 - 48 hours, and continue for upto 2 - 3 weeks.
If your wife has taken mifepristone tablet first and the pregnancy is of less than 7 weeks then bleeding will start in next 1-2 days. Just wait and please do not worry. Take rest of the two tablets orally or vaginally 24 hours later.

She takes 2 tablets of 200 mcg Cytotec are taken orally on 26/08/2016 and 1 tablet of Mifepristone is taken orally on 27/08 and 2 tablets of 200 mcg Cytotec are taken orally on 29/08 and now bleedind is start but pain is very high so what should i do for pain and tell me if any side effects for following wrong procedure.

She can take an antispasmodic like Drotaverine to decrease the pain. In case the bleeding the heavy then do consult a gynecologist for proper treatment. It is best to get an ultrasound scan done after a week to confirm that the abortion is complete. Do take such medicines always under your doctor's supervision to avoid complications. Do take any more tablets now since she has already taken all the five tablets.
