Regarding your period due in February 7-8th: Your next period should come on time that means on February 7-8th. I pill has no effect in delaying the period or causing the periods early. In very few cases it can cause bleeding to be a few days early or a few days late.

There is no effects of Vitamin C rich food in prevention of pregnancy. Though you can eat Vitamin C rich food for general health benefits.
