Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation like Echo and may need angiography later

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Its sinus rhythm, left axis deviation, T wave flattening and Inversion in inferior leads along Q waves suggestive of ischemic changes.

So she should undergo echo to look for regional wall motion abnormalities, and if present then she ll need angiography. If there is not regional wall motion abnormalities then should have stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
Should be started on low dose single antiplatelet and statin. Should undergo lipid profile and sugar testing if not done recently.

Regards
