Brief Answer:
Get a fetal echo also with anomaly scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Anomaly scan should ideally be done between 18-20 weeks of gestation.
However, it can be done upto 24 weeks.
If you are getting your anomaly scan at 23 weeks, then do also get a fetal echo done with it.
The gestation period of 22-24 weeks is best to rule out any heart anomaly in the fetus and should always be done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Ok that's great il get that done. At 17 weeks I got a scan done and we heard the heartbeat and the gyna checked the four chambers of the heart and all the organs and Alhamdullilah ( praise be to Allah (God) it was all great. I experience foetal movement about 2-3 times during the day in the morning sometimes in the afternoon and at night or sometimes it's two times. Is it meant to be more? Or is that normal? Also hopefully the scan should be good this Friday InshaaAllah the gyna had told me to go at 22 weeks but got carried away with things and they don't have an appointment tomorrow so booked it for Friday which will be about 22 weeks and 6 days or 23 weeks exact

Brief Answer:
Movements are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Your fetal movements are completely normal.
You can very well get the scan done at 23 weeks.
If the scan is normal at 17 weeks, then everything is likely to be normal in a 23 weeks scan.
Wishing you all the best.
Take care.
