Brief Answer:
Pre ejaculate contains sperm, and it is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query and picture.
Pre ejaculate is similar in composition to semen but has some significant chemical differences. The presence of sperm in the fluid is variable.
Even with pre ejaculate one can get pregnant.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to clear any queries of you have.
Take care
