When Is The Best Time To Take Nitrocontin Tablets?

Question: Hi, should nitrocontin 2.6 be taken before breakfast or after? Doctor has suggested one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Afternoon one is for 3 pm. The confusion is with morning one. Writing is not clear so not sure .. that is 7am or 9am. please suggest when medicine should be taken in the morning and before or after breakfast?

so the afternoon dose (3 pm) should be taken after lunch but after few hours from lunch? approx after how many hours ?
