At 34 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Correct timing of the removal of the cervical stitch is 34 weeks, if there are no signs of preterm labour.
If there is any emergency like preterm labour or premature rupture of membranes, then the cervical stitch should be removed irrespective of the gestational age.
