Question: When people sit near me in class , i am not able to focus in class because my eye moves involuntarily, when I try to focus ,pain in eye creates . I feel difficulty in breathing.

Your current problems in that case might be related to your psychogenic issues. I suggest you to start doing meditation and other mental relaxation exercises like yoga. That should improve your symptoms if you do it in a dedicated way. Also, better to get a thyroid function test also.
