Question: Hi Doctor. I am 23 years of age and have started taking Crisanta LS as an contraceptive as my doctor suggested to start it from the 2nd day of periods. But the pamphlet says it should be started from the 1st day. please suggest what needs to be done. Is it safe to have sex without condom??

It should be taken ONCE daily from D1 of your menstrual cycle on schedule time for 24 days continuously with 4 days break. It will give more than 99.9% protection against unwanted pregnancy after 1-month used. You must do sex with CONDOM during 1st month of taking pills.
