When Should The Anti-D Injection Be Administered During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi,

my wife blood group is A-ve and my blood group is O+ve. my first child blood group is A+ve. so anti D injection is given after delivery of my first child.

my child age is now 2 years and 9 months. Now she is pregnant and is currently in 2nd month.

is there any check or test we need to perform to make sure antibodies are not developed and everything is normal wrt the second baby.
